Maintenance Worker - FT in Mason City, Iowa For Sale

RESPONSIBILITIES:
maintenance services to all HCHS Facilities. Adhere to industry quality and safety standards. Be on call nights and weekends on a rotating schedule.
Some duties to include:
Perform general maintenance (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, telephone) in all facilities.
Maintain records of maintenance and preventative maintenance performed on plant equipment.
Maintain the grounds (mowing, trimming, and snow removal)
Operate and maintain plant equipment.
Assists with floor maintenance as needed including mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet cleaning etc.
Ability to do some internal building construction desired to include sheetrock installation and framing.
HOURS:
Full-time 80 hours per pay period, will include call rotation. :30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to operate a computer, have a valid driver's license and live within 20 minutes for call purposes. Advanced technical training related to building and equipment maintenance desirable. Must be, or be willing to become a State of Iowa licensed boiler operator. Building construction desired.
