POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinic Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation and support of all clinic personnel within the facility. This includes the input to the evaluation, revision and implementation of policies and workflows, and daily problem solving and communication. Will coordinate hiring of staff with the Clinic Director.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Supervisory experience for a minimum of one year. Supervisory training/classes and clinic knowledge preferred. Must be currently licensed in the state of Iowa as a RN. Must be able to communicate well with patients, staff, and employees. Must be a problem solver and able to multi-task.
Hours - M-F 8-5 with rotation at all clinic locations.
